Log into the IPHIS-EDRS application

UPDATED SOFTWARE AND SYSTEM RECOMMENDATIONS:

To align with State of Ohio technology standards, the Bureau of Vital Statistics recommends that users of the IPHIS and EDRS systems meet certain minimum software and operating system standards for best performance of these systems in the Citrix Cloud environment. a number, and a special character.

-Use only the most current version of Citrix Workspace available on the Citrix app download page (https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/)

-Use a supported operating system (Windows 10 version 21H2 or higher, macOS 11 [Big Sur] or higher, etc.)

-Use an updated web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox (do not use Internet Explorer which is no longer supported by Microsoft and receives no security updates)


Following these standards will allow you to access IPHIS-EDRS most effectively.
